Human…by nature

Connection is vital to well being. Koningsteen offers an open invitation to re-connect with nature, other and ourselves.

Incorporating elements of nature into your meeting, workshop or event will give your brain a boost, resulting in increased productivity, improved memory, better focus and creativity and reduced mental fatigue.

What's more, spending time in nature can improve attention span and concentration, lower your heart rate and blood pressure. Connecting with nature will also reduce depression and anxiety.

Research at Stanford University has shown that people who walked for 90 minutes through a green park, versus strolling next to a loud nearby highway or street, exhibited quieter brains and dwelled less on the negative aspects of their lives.

Basically, walking in nature was shown to have an almost immediate effect on improving overall mood in the study.
