What’s Included
45 minute daily session of morning meditation
90 minute daily yoga class (yoga asana (physical), pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation)
Evening activities - sharing circle, fire ceremony, intuitive movement
2 nights private accommodation
3 organic vegetarian/vegan meals per day
Unlimited healthy snacks, infused water, organic tea and coffee throughout the day
Free time to enjoy a rural walk, read a book in our lounge or simply relax in our beautiful grounds
An invite to get involved in the simple joys of community life; feeding the chickens, tending to the plants, picking fruit from the trees or cycling along the river (bicycles available)
